Apple Butter:

      Every October, our friends and family gather to pick golden delicious apples to make into apple butter. We start by peeling and coring the apples, then cooking them down over a fire the old fashioned way. They cook down into a flavorful sauce that we sell -- Baker’s Apple Butter.


Honey:

      Sean and the kids are the bee keepers around here. We currently have eight hives that produce our honey and pollinate our crops.


Firewood:

      We have seasoned firewood available for delivery or pick up. Standard size log lengths 18-22 inches, custom cut available upon request.


Custom Wreaths:

      The Baker’s specialize in wreath making. Jessie makes custom Christmas wreaths with natural decorations. Williamsburg and boxwood wreaths make a beautiful addition to your Christmas decorations. Dried flower wreaths are available year round. Classes are available for groups who wish to learn how to make their own wreaths.


Cow Share Milk Program:

      The cow share program offers you the possibility of enjoying fresh dairy products. You would buy a share or part of a cow and pay a fee to Day Spring Farm to board your cow (feed, water, care and milking).
